LOCATION
The land is located approximately 5 miles southeast of Rothbury and approximately 1 mile west of Weldon Bridge, situated adjacent to the B6344 road link. The market town of Morpeth is approximately 10½ miles to the south and the city of Newcastle is approximately 25½ miles.
DIRECTIONS
Travelling north on the A1 at Morpeth take the A697 and continue along this road for approximately 7½ miles. Take the B6344 signposted for Pauperhaugh and Rothbury. After approximately ½ mile the land is found on the right.
