The house is situated opposite Mitcham Common which is beautiful and ideal for walking with the family or dogs. The house has been modernised over the 40 years we have lived in it has installed central heating, double glazing throughout and the roof front and back has been recently renewed. We added two extensions a double loft room with an en-suite and a garden room with bi-folding doors and a toilet. There is also a private parking bay for two cars at the back of the garden. I have re-decorated all the rooms whenever they needed refreshing; the living room and kitchen in the past year.
Our children attended nearby schools in the area and transport links to the trains, trams and underground are within easy reach by walking or bus, having a bus stop across the road from our property.
I will be very sad to move away from my house having nurtured the garden but I'm now a widow and need a smaller property".
