The town's cultural scene is vibrant and ever-evolving, with numerous art galleries, theaters, and live music venues adding to the creative spirit. The property itself is a 3 bedroom family terraced house in Moorfield, Harlow. These sought after properties are ex local authority and therefore, extremely spacious.
As you enter through the front door, you find yourself in a kind of 'lobby' area. The downstairs cloakroom is to your left and consists of WC & wash basin. There is room for hanging coats and storing shoes etc. and it also leads into the Kitchen and the impressively sized 'U' shaped Lounge & Dining Area.
The Lounge and Dining area technically is open plan. However, a stud wall and large storage cupboard makes this large family space 'U' shaped and whilst it is open plan, it also has a degree of privacy from one are to the another which is an added bonus.
The large Lounge area has one side that is completely glazed which not only lets in stacks of natural light, but also gives nice views into the rear garden.
The Dining area is large as well and current houses a six seater dining table and chairs and there is lots of room remaining for additional furniture etc. There are sliding patio doors that lead into the rear garden.
Both areas have matching tiled flooring but carpet could easily be laid instead if required.
The Kitchen is a 'Galley' style kitchen and has all the usual integrated white goods. It has an integrated oven with gas hob. There is a large window above the sink.
The gardens of these ex local authority properties are nearly always a decent size and this one is no exception. Laid mainly to lawn, it is a blank canvas for keen gardeners, or can be kept as it is for those who are not green fingered.
Upstairs we find 2 large double bedrooms and a third bedroom that if this was a 'new build' property would probably be called a double. We prefer to say a large single bedroom although a double bed would fit!
Bedroom 1 is very large and there is a large window overlooking the rear garden.
Bedroom 2 is another large double and again has a large window overlooking the garden. Bedroom 3 we have already spoken about, but it does have a good size window overlooking the front of the property.
The family bathroom uses space cleverly. It is 'L' shaped which allows for there to be a bathtub with overhead shower, a WC and wash basin with integrated furniture that gives lots of extra storage. It has a tiled floor and walls.
Outside the front of the property there is a small area that is paved along with some established shrubs.
The local shop is a 2 minute walk away. Infants, Juniors, and secondary schools are all within a 5 min walk away. It is less than a mile to the Staple Tye shopping centre and Lister House medical centre.
Bus routes to Harlow Town Centre are a 1 min walk away. You can drive to Epping Tube Station in 10 mins, and the M11 is a 5 min drive away.
So in conclusion, what do we have?
We have a good size 3 bedroom family home that is superbly geographically located for all amenities. It is a cracking 'starter' home or indeed for anyone looking to downsize.

Places of interest

We have offices throughout Hertfordshire & Essex, and as we are both Herts & Essex men, and have both been “round the block” a few times, we have a vast knowledge of not just the Herts & Essex property market, but the actual towns, villages, and hamlets in which we work. This we believe is vital! We got together a few years ago & formed Town & Country Herts & Essex, and we opened our first shop/office in Harlow, which today is our main HQ. We decided from day one that this had to be an ESTATE AGENCY WITH A DIFFERENCE. We listened to what people had to say about their bad experiences with other companies, and put together a structure that has proved extremely successful. What you now have is a truly local Estate Agency that is working not only for the people of Herts & Essex, but for the local communities as well. JUKES ESTATE AGENTS SPONSOR SEVERAL SCHOOLS, JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUBS, AND LOCAL CHARITIES THROUGHOUT BOTH COUNTIES! Our ethos is to never use the “dubious and/or dated” methods used by many of our contemporaries. Therefore, you will get: Accurate valuations, superb marketing, and a customer service model that we are sure is second to none! WE ONLY TAKE ON A LIMITED AMOUNT OF PROPERTY so that we can guarantee we can give you the service you and your home deserves! Therefore, when you use Jukes Estate Agents, you will deal with one of the owners. Someone who genuinely cares about every client. Someone who will be with you every step of the way from Valuation to Completion of Sale!
