From the owner

We’ve lived here for approaching 10 years now and have loved every moment.
The house has been slowly and lovingly updated and has been a perfect fit for us and I wish we could pick it up and move it to our new location. It has been amazing watching the area develop and seeing a vibrant and friendly community go from strength to strength.Having the Stag and Lantern, Vinoramica and Melting Point on our doorstep has meant we are literally seconds away from great food, drink and an abundance of friendly faces.
Highams Park Lake, just moments away, is a true hidden gem. Beginning the day with a run around the lake or reclining in the park, basking in the sunshine while gazing at the panoramic views of London, is a real treat. The Chingford line provides swift connections to Walthamstow, Hackney, and, ultimately, Liverpool Street, making the daily commute effortless. And when the sun sets, the possibilities for nightlife are endless. Our garden has been a true blessing, especially during lockdown. It's a generous space, thoughtfully shielded from the railway, surprisingly serene, and on a warm day, you can almost forget that you're mere moments away from the bustling city. There's still untapped potential here. Our neighbours recently added another room in their loft, and it looks fantastic. If we were staying, that would undoubtedly be our next project.Saying farewell to both the house and the neighbourhood will be bittersweet. It's been a place filled with happiness and cherished memories, and we sincerely hope that the next residents will find as much joy in it as we have.
