DESCRIPTION

Plover cottage is a very spacious bungalow set in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Burnham Market. The main entrance has a ceramic floor and built in custom shelving with a bench seat. The hallway leads through to the kitchen which has fitted units and a tiled floor. Integrated appliances include a Neff cooker, separate hob with extractor fan and a Belfast sink. There is also space for a dishwasher.

The kitchen has a door leading out into the conservatory. The conservatory is a wood effect PVC construction with a ceiling fan. This room is currently used as an additional living space but could also be used as a dining room.

The sitting room is a well-proportioned room with a Centura log burner. This room is semi open plan to the second reception room which is housed within a spacious extension which was added in 2018. The room benefits from floor to ceiling windows a central door to the front of the property and a large roof light.

Light oak flooring runs throughout the two rooms with electric underfloor heating in the extension, which is powered largely by the bungalow’s own solar panels. There is an air source heat pump in the sitting room for added heat. Both rooms are also fitted with smart switches, allowing you to adjust lighting from your mobile. The utility room is part of the new extension and has fitted cupboards, shelves and space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. A stable door leads from here to the back garden.
