With its own garage, far reaching views towards Haytor, enclosed rear garden, which is mostly laid to lawn, and easy nearby parking this property needs to be viewed to appreciate all it has to offer!

The Accommodation
Entering the property through the double-glazed uPVC front door you are greeted with a wide entrance hallway with stairs to the righthand side. The hallway, landing and stairs have all been recently re-carpeted in a very fashionable grey. The hall, like the rest of the property, is superbly presented. The downstairs then has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which means the space is filled with natural light from both sides of the property. To the centre of the lounge area is a chimney breast which could be opened back up if any buyer so wished. To the rear of the room, overlooking the rear garden, is the dining area next to the sliding doors and from here leads to the newly installed kitchen. With ample worktop space and storage, the kitchen also offers a stylish all black sink, built-in electric oven with electric hob and space for a washing machine and fridge/freezer.

Upstairs there is a central landing, the current owners have updated all the internal doors to modern wooden solid doors, further to this they have also replaced the banister with glass panels. From the landing is the recently installed shower room with walk-in shower off the recently installed gas combi boiler, WC, basin with vanity unit underneath providing extra storage and heated towel rail. The second bedroom is a square double room with a large window overlooking the rear garden, the third bedroom is a nice sized single over the front door and has a built-in bed above the stairs creating additional space in the room. The main bedroom is again to the front which is a large double with built in storage.

Outside Space
The front garden has been laid to gravel to keep maintenance to a minimum whilst retaining kerb-appeal and there is also side access to the rear garden. The rear garden has a decking area off the sliding doors providing an excellent space for alfresco dining. There is also a level lawn area with a path to one side, to the rear of the garden is another gravelled area suitable for alfresco dining.

Parking
Accessed from the garden is the garage which is a good-sized single garage with power and lighting installed. The garden also has access to the road behind and the property owns an additional space to the left of the garage if you are looking from the rear road which would be a good space for a motorbike if needed.
