OWNER'S INSIGHT

"I have owned the flat since 2006, having bought it initially as my home, and over more recent years became a rental investment when I moved away from Devon for work. There is so much I love about the property, but watching the weather change across the bay, and activity on the water is simply beautiful. The views were obviously one of the main selling points, although the living space is well designed, the garage was a particular advantage, and the swimming pool lovely on a hot summer day. Torquay Marina is within easy reach, and a pleasant walk down to the sea front for a visit the Theatre or a lovely restaurant. The Michelin starred Elephant, No 7 fish restaurant, and Old Vienna are three of the best in the bay and all close at hand, albeit a more challenging walk back up the hill afterward!"
