"Our flat has been a great home to us over the years and we have loved living here. We were initially drawn to the property for its large open and bright living space and it has been perfect for hosting family and friends.
We have upgraded the flat recently by installing a new kitchen, creating a breakfast bar and making the space completely open-plan. The wine cooler and plumbed-in American-style fridge freezer are key features. We have also recently installed a new main bathroom and boiler.
The balcony has been a great space to grow herbs, flowers and is a peaceful space to enjoy a glass of wine on a sunny evening. We are fortunate enough to get the sun here all afternoon and evening. We have laid AstroTurf to make it more comfortable.
We love Dennistoun as a community and have enjoyed seeing the area thrive in recent years. There are several amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. We are also fortunate to live within walking distance to the Merchant City and Glasgow City Centre. The Glasgow Necropolis is a short walk away and it is a beautiful place to enjoy an evening stroll.
