We have upgraded the flat recently by installing a new kitchen, creating a breakfast bar and making the space completely open-plan. The wine cooler and plumbed-in American-style fridge freezer are key features. We have also recently installed a new main bathroom and boiler.

The balcony has been a great space to grow herbs, flowers and is a peaceful space to enjoy a glass of wine on a sunny evening. We are fortunate enough to get the sun here all afternoon and evening. We have laid AstroTurf to make it more comfortable.

We love Dennistoun as a community and have enjoyed seeing the area thrive in recent years. There are several amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby.
