"We brought this flat as our first property and it was a perfect size for us at the time. The flat itself is lovely and bright and it's situated off the main road and it is surprisingly very quiet! since living here we have really fallen in love with the area. Preston park is just down the road which is great if you have young kids or just fancy a nice stroll. Our trips to Gatwick or London are made easier with Preston park train station being within walking distance and the main bus routes with regular buses are at the bottom of the road. This home has been perfect for us as a young family with an excellent choice of schools in the area. The neighbours are always lovely and polite and this really is somewhere you can call a home. We are very sad to see it go but unfortunately we have outgrown it. It's been a great stepping stone for us and I have no doubt the next owner will love it as much as we have. "
