The Home
---------------
The current owners have spent 18 very happy years raising a family here, from toddlers until young adults. The time has now come for them to pass the house over to another new family to create their own lifetime of memories. " When we first bought the home we fell in love with its tucked away, yet central location to everything that we needed and knew it would be be our forever family home ". " We loved how big all of the rooms were and were so impressed by how big the garden was, compared to anything else we had seen. The small cul-de-sac it sits on only has 5 other house, so it was a really safe place, for them to play. It was a stretch financially at the time but we managed and it all has been so worth it, emotionally and financially, as we never had a reason to move. The Home literally had everything, we that we ever needed" .
The current owners have recently re-modernised the home during the last 8 tears and have really looked after everything since. It's ready for a new buyer to move straight in and enjoy living, without having to update anything.
Among the updates were a new fitted kitchen, new central heating system, UPVC double glazing and internal doors.
The home is big and beautiful and is deceptively bigger on arrival and internally, it is found in pristine condition throughout.
All of the family sized patio in the rear garden, the side pathway and up to the front edge the private drive is all neatly brick-weaved. The overall plot is approx' 155ft x 55ft, which is about a 1/5th of an acre. The wonderfully mature and private 90ft rear garden is largely laid to lawn, with two large patio areas and is well stocked with a selection of mature trees and a wide variety of shrub borders. It really feels like you could be in the countryside, unusually it offers the convenience of town and peace of country living.
