Property description & features

"What I will miss the most about the flat is its quiet and sunny south-facing garden. Having meals outside in the summer is a real treat. Even in winter, sunshine floods in which is lovely and makes a real difference when working from home. Totterdown has been a lovely and welcoming neighbourhood for my first years in Bristol. It's been wonderful having Victoria Park at my doorstep to walk my dog with friendly neighbours. It's no secret that the neighbourhood has a growing number of independent shops and cafes. My personal favourites have been Banana Boat and Fox and West. The Bakehouse makes a fab blueberry cheesecake and the Sundial Kitchen is ideal for Sunday brunch."

William Street sits in the heart of Totterdown and nearby the beautiful Victoria Park and north of Perrett's Park. This quiet street has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Wells Road, as well as some fantastic local pubs including the Star and Dove, Shakespeare and the Oxford. Places on Wells Road, such as Fox & West, an independent café and greengrocers selling a diversity of local produce, Southside Bar and Farrow's Fish & Chips offer some of the best options in the city. Green spaces are in plentiful supply, with Arnos Vale being an idyllic Victorian garden cemetery with the café at its heart, the incredible views of Perrett Park, as well as the 50 acres of Victoria Park. Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Meads Train Station is also a short walk or cycle away, offering connections nationally. Travelling southwards, you find yourself in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty.

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
