The lodge is located within Aspen Country Park just 4 miles north of Bury St Edmunds, in Fornham St Genevieve, an area steeped in natural history and awe. Situated within an area of outstanding natural beauty, in the most beautiful tranquil Suffolk countryside, and makes for the most idyllic getaway location. 

The lodge consists of a light spacious open plan living area. A lounge area with two, threeseater sofas, coffee table and TV unit. A 75” Samsung Frame TV wall mounted which can display thousands of pieces of artwork or photos when not in use, or be used as a smart TV for those popcorn movie nights or binge drama series. 

The dining area consists of a 6-chair seating area with extendable dining table.

The kitchen area features a stand-alone kitchen island with breakfast bar and two stools. Double wash basin with integrated dishwasher and wine cooler. An American style fridge freezer, integrated microwave, with a Strauss T7 water bar for instant chilled and boiling filtered water on demand. 

The opening entrance consists of a double integrated wardrobe which houses the washing machine, tumble-dryer, with a combi gas boiler which runs the central heating and hot water.

The master bedroom consists of a king size double bed with foam mattress, two bedside drawers, matching double wardrobe, dressing table and stool.

The ensuite comes complete with walk in shower, toilet and basin.

Moving on to the second bedroom which is any child’s dream. Dual integrated bunk beds with full size single foam mattresses. Each bunk has an integrated 32” Samsung Frame TV which can display artwork or photos when not in use. Integrated Xbox consoles for each bunk connected to each of the Samsung frame TV’s. A third full size bed is also situated within the room with a beside cabinet. 

The main bathroom contains a bathtub with fixed and flexible shower function, toilet and basin.

The exterior decking living area includes a state of the art 5-person genuine Jacuzzi brand 225 hot tub. A rattan 4-person seating area with coffee table and gas BBQ. Countryside views as far as the eye can see. 

Sites fees per annum £5513.44 (Paid up until end of July 2024). 50 Year Lease onsite until 2070.
