CJ Hole Southville are delighted to welcome to the sales market this excellent three-bedroom property in Bedminster.
'We have absolutely loved living on Lynton road for the last 5 years and it has been a great place for us to start our young family. I can genuinely say the neighbours both sides are lovely and always respectful. They have been so patient with us when our baby daughter was screaming her lungs out through the night. One side is retired and the other side is semi-retired with grown up kids. They have never had any loud parties but they have always been so chilled whenever we have wanted to entertain guests. We have never had any issues on the road such as break-ins and have found the street friendly.
Its been amazing living so close to north street with its excellent bars and shops. Marksbury road open space is just a few minutes away with a great park for the kids and Victoria park is just around the corner. I worked at Wapping Wharf on the harbourside for years and it takes 10 minutes to get there on a Voi scooter or bicycle. Oasis Academy Marksbury Road (5 minute walk) was the primary school our daughter was going to attend and I believe they have an outstanding ofsted report. The BS3 postcode has been a very safe postcode to invest in and remains a hugely sought after place to live. In less than 15 minutes you can be at Bristol Airport which is not just convenient for holidays but would also make the property attractive to anyone looking to set up an airbnb business.
For the right person, the property has the potential for a beautiful ground floor extension backing onto the south-east facing garden or even a loft conversion, both of which neighbours on the terrace row have done.
Having our own parking space has been great, especially with young children as finding somewhere to park is just one less thing to think about when you are coming home after a long day out.
Our favourite part of the house is probably the garden which gets plenty of sun.

About this agent

Founded in Clifton by Charles Joseph Hole in 1867, CJ Hole's main business was rentcollection - which in the Victorian era was much more common than buying. As the yearsrolled by and the company was passed down to his sons, the focus of the business changed towards the selling of property as well. CJ Hole continued to prosper and today is a major force within the highly competitiveestate agency market in the South West. Their excellent reputation has helped CJ Holeto expand within Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire so that there are now many branches serving the area. Today, having sold property in three different centuries and as one of the oldest estate agents throughout Bristol, Somerset and Gloucestershire, CJ Hole is regarded as one of the most highlyprofessional property firms in the region with a tradition of providing a first class service to its customers.
