"We have lived happily in our much loved bungalow for the past eight years. We aren't getting any younger and now feel the need to move nearer to all our family in Yorkshire. Our bungalow is light and spacious with level gardens and sunny sitting-out places. Since moving here, we have found the no. 12 bus service to be very reliable and there is a range of local shops nearby. But, we often walk to the town centre shops and the seafront is just a steady fifteen minutes walk away. We have been very blessed with the friendship and kindness of all our neighbours and we are leaving Torquay reluctantly. We would, if we could, pick up our bungalow and re-site it in Yorkshire - together with our lovely neighbours!
