Description: - The Stables are situated on one side of Drover's Way in a convenient yard with direct across Drover's Way to the fields.

Location: - The land is situated along Drover's Way which is a no through lane giving privacy and seclusion.

Directions: - From Ambergate proceed on the A610 towards Ripley and after about a mile take a turning on the left sign posted to Crich Tramway Museum. Immediately after the tunnel under the railway turn right onto Drover's Way. Proceed along Drover's Way for approx. a hundred yards, and having passed under a tunnel the stables will be found immediately on your left hand side and the fields on the right hand side.

Land - The grassland is essentially divided into two areas, a paddock immediately opposite the stables and from there one passes under the railway into the more extensive area of grazing.
