Why the owner loves the property:
I’ve listed some of the reasons why I bought my flat and what I have loved whilst living here. Having to move location, due to work, I’m very sad to be selling but I will always have very happy memories to look back on. - Privacy of the property. It’s not in a high rise building surrounded by other flats so there aren’t any neighbours upstairs or downstairs, making it very peaceful. I have my own front door and stairs with no communal hallways so it doesn’t feel like a flat. - Excellent location. It’s in a very pretty and quiet conservation area despite being so close to town. It’s a 5 min walk to Tesco Express and M&S garage, 10 min walk into town and 15 mins to station allowing me to get into London quicker than friends that live there. - The environment. The views from the living area out onto the trees and gardens are beautiful, using the garden in summer was brilliant to entertain and the neighbours are lovely. - The fantastic layout. I liked having a hallway separating the living area on one side and bedrooms on the other. There’s excellent storage space with the large store cupboard and garage. I loved the high spec fittings, appliances and details, in particular the location of the bathshower controls so you don’t get your arm wet!

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on April 1, 2019 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
