Willow Grove is a peaceful cul-de-sac in the village of South Cerney in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. Number 6 is tucked away in a set back position offering a lovely secluded plot away from passing traffic and is offered with no onward chain.
To the front is driveway parking for a couple of cars and, whilst there is a garage behind at the end of the driveway access restrictions means this is only suitable for motorbikes or use as a workshop or perhaps conversion to ancillary accommodation.
The entrance is on the side of the property and the front door brings you into the L-shape entrance hall which gives access to all the rooms in the bungalow.
First, on your left, is the second bedroom with space for a double bed, freestanding wardrobes and a window looking out to the front. The master bedroom is next and shares the same aspect but will accommodate a super kingsize bed and freestanding furniture.
Next is the living room with a feature gas fireplace and French doors opening onto the rear garden and decking, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing with a book. The bathroom has a walk in shower, basin, WC and window to the side.
The kitchen is fitted with a range of cupboards and worktops and has been extended to provide an additional triple aspect dining room.
Outside, the rear garden is enclosed on all sides and is a lovely secluded plot to potter around in. There is side access to the garage which has light and power and serves as an ideal storage unit, workshop, potting shed or could even be converted to further accommodation (please note, due to narrow driveway access, this is not suitable for parking a car in). Behind the garage is a bin storage area.
South Cerney has a host of fantastic local amenities including three pubs, an Indian restaurant, the Braai House deli & post office, a fish & chip shop, a chemist, a doctor's surgery, vets, a village hall, two churches, a primary school, pre-school playgroup, a One-Stop and a Co-Op. That's in addition to being in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park with countless lakes for all varieties of water sports. Commuting connections to London are a breeze with direct trains to Paddington from Kemble (78 mins) 4 miles away or Swindon (58 mins) 12.5 miles away. The A419 gives access to the M4 Jct 15 (16 miles) whilst Cirencester is only 4 miles and Cheltenham 20 miles away. As well as the local village school there are a number of secondary schools in and around Cirencester along with great private and grammar schools.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on September 6, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on September 6, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
