The wooden floor from the hall continues into the living area but changes to a lighter colour in the kitchen to give it a feel of separation of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven with ventilation, as well as plenty of storage and a fridge freezer.
The living area has space for a small dining table to allow for a sit down meal, as well as space for two arm chairs and a double sofa that would be in prime position to view a tv. At the end of the living room is another glass double door leading to the outside, that lets in lots of natural light to the room.
