Why rent this home?
Firstly, this flat comes with a parking spot right outside which is in a gated car park and there are also guest parking spaces available.
Not only is the location great but the flat itself feels spacious and homely. The hallway is nice and wide, allowing easy access for all, with wooden flooring drawing you into the heart of the home. As you walk through the front door to your immediate left is a large storage cupboard. Continuing through, the second door to your left is the bathroom. The bathroom has a bath/shower, heated towel rack, sink and toilet, all adequately spaced to give you plenty of room to change and dry.
On the righthand side of the hallway are the two bedrooms, the first door being the main bedroom that easily houses a double bed with space to walk along either side of the bed. The room also has a built-in wardrobe, with a shelf and hanging rail, as well as a double glass door to the outside. The room is carpeted and has a radiator.
The second bedroom is slightly smaller than the main bedroom but does fit a double bed. This room is also carpeted, has a smaller window and a radiator.
At the end of the hallway is the main living area which is an open plan kitchen and living space. The wooden floor from the hall continues into the living area but changes to a lighter colour in the kitchen to give it a feel of separation of space. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven with ventilation, as well as plenty of storage and a fridge freezer.
The living area has space for a small dining table to allow for a sit down meal, as well as space for two arm chairs and a double sofa that would be in prime position to view a tv. At the end of the living room is another glass double door leading to the outside, that lets in lots of natural light to the room.
More about the area...
The Jewellery Quarter is an industry hub, home to over 700 jewellers and independent retailers, a thriving food and drink scene and an area steeped in incredible history. The Jewellery Quarter is one of the UK's most unique destinations.
For most of its history, the Jewellery Quarter was a closed community. There were no retail jewellery shops until the late 1970s when the economic recession prompted some of the manufacturers to open their doors to retail customers. Soon, other retailers moved into the area and in the 1980s, old buildings started to be restored rather than pulled down.
Today, the area has undergone further regeneration and many of the former factory buildings have been taken over by a mix of independent businesses and creative workshops or turned into quirky residential apartments.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 7, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 7, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on March 28, 2021 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
