The rear garden is worthy of note and as previously mentioned, over the last few years much use has been made of a productive fruit and vegetable garden. The property has a pedestrian rear access and to one side there are several stores/workshops which in our opinion are a useful asset to this home.
Directions - Leaving the A30 at Avers roundabout take the left turning by Aldi into Close Hill. Take the second turning left into Harmony Close and the property will be found on the right hand side.
