52 Windways is a property you have to see if you are searching for one spacious family home! The property was extended in 2004 and now offers a wealth of accommodation that could rival a five-bedroom detached and with a loft room on top of that! We would say all their choices have paid off. The décor throughout is varied but suits each and every room and the fixtures and fittings are of a high quality.

We believe the floor standing cooker is a pleasure to use with all the features you would want if cooking for a larger crowd and may be available separately. The washing machine and full size dishwasher are integrated. The kitchen features two wall recesses that make for good display spaces and the door in between is particularly useful when moving to and from the dining room.

The utility room works well being next to the kitchen and opens onto the decking. It has been used as a gym/utility room combination with a shower room and WC and might serve as a bedroom for an older family member needing to be on the ground floor or wanting their own space with ensuite washing facilities.

We think you might like the dining room. It is a dining room with a difference and one where you might like to spend a lot of your time. There aren't may properties that come with their own bar and when they do it is often on the larger and more expensive properties. Our sellers have been very creative here and have included a number of lighting options that you can control. Maybe this room will become more of a snug?

Moving upstairs to what we might describe as a tastefully decorated landing and you will find three double bedrooms and two singles. And in addition to all of this is the second timber cabin where our sellers have created a second bar with power and provision for a wall mounted television. Glazed double doors open onto the decking where there is space for a good sized table or other garden furniture.
