With a 10-month season, Lynmouth Holiday Retreat provides you, your family, and friends with a hassle-free base, to enjoy a relaxing stay or a beach break without the need for international travel.
The Sierra is set on a plot, with far-reaching views of the rolling hills of the Exmoor National Park. The Sierra will benefit from a large front and side decking, skirting, and has an adjacent parking space, as well as additional gravel parking in front.
Lynmouth Holiday Retreat is a family-operated holiday park set in the Exmoor National Park, offering a wide variety of local walking routes from the Retreat. The Retreat also benefits from live-on wardens, a small, essentials and gift shop in reception, and a local pub a short walk away. The Retreat is the perfect base to explore the local towns of Lynton and Lynmouth as well as the popular beachside resorts of Woolacombe and Croyde.
Stepping into the Sierra via your large decking, you step into the open-plan kitchen and dining area. At the front is the open-plan living room, with bench seating, with space for all your friends and family. Double doors from the lounge open out onto your decking and flood the room with natural light. The lounge also benefits from a TV stand and store. Adjacent to this is the dining area, with room for four. Opposite is the kitchen, forming a 'U' configuration, providing all the usual high quality appliances you have at home.
Towards the rear is the sleeping quarters. At the rear is the master bedroom, with a king-size bed, make-up table, large wardrobe and an ensuite WC. There is also a twin room, and a shared family shower room.
The Sierra has the full benefit of the Willerby manufacturer’s warranty, covering various items from one to twelve years!
Please note, you cannot live on-park, you must have a primary residence elsewhere. All lodges are offered as holiday homes.
