Broadclyst is a lovely village which has many amenities including a post office/village shop, two public houses, an Indian restaurant, church, sports centre and social club. The village also benefits from both a primary and secondary school. The cathedral city of Exeter is approximately five miles away and Killerton House and Gardens which is owned by the National Trust is just over three miles away with an abundance of walks to be enjoyed.
