Why the owner loves the property:
My favourite part of living here is how quiet the estate is, I love being able to see the lake view from the bed and drinking my morning coffee, this allows me to not feel part of a housing estate; with relaxing views.I enjoy hugely that within a 5 minute walk from the apartment we have the California Country Park, with another gorgeous lake and a great café to go and have coffee, breakfast and lunch. Opposite and dotted around the estate we have small nature reserves which were planted by the building company, and this looks gorgeous with all the wild flowers around spring/summertime. It's a perfect location for first time buyers who love and appreciate nature. We have a Co-Op which is great for quick shopping and daily needs, with Wokingham town and train station less than a 10 minute drive, also with Reading station a 15 minute drive away, I have easy access to London for work and public transport. We also have a Bus stop directly opposite the estate.
