There are two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. From this level there are lovely southerly views over the garden and open farm land
beyond.

Downstairs, is the principal bedroom with en suite and from the entrance hall to the integrated double garage.

Outside, the garden wraps around the side and rear of the property and is mostly laid to lawn with mature hedging on the boundaries providing seclusion and privacy.

A terrace leading out of the sitting room, is a lovely suntrap with beautiful views of the village on one side and the rolling Dorset hills on the other.

A private driveway provides access to the garage and parking for several cars.

Stocks backs onto open farm land on to the South, where
the hill rises gently to the horizon. To the north are pretty
views to old stone and thatched village properties
including the adjacent old chapel.

Location

Uploders is a particularly pretty West Dorset village to the north east of Bridport. The village is large enough to thrive and has the Crown Inn. Nearby Loders, has the Loders Arms. Other villages of note in the area include Askerswell, Powerstock, Burton Bradstock, West Bay and Litton Cheney.
Bridport has a superb variety of shopping, educational and recreational amenities as well as a Literary Festival and a twice weekly market. The larger centres of Dorchester, the county town and the seaside resort of Weymouth also provide an excellent variety of facilities.

The nearby Jurassic Coastline, a UNESCO World Heritage Site has a magical path for keen walkers.

Communications in the area include the A35 with a route to the A31 and M27/M3 beyond. Mainline railway stations are available at Weymouth, Dorchester and Crewkerne all with a regular service to London Waterloo.

The area is well served by schools at Dorchester and Bridport and there is a first school in nearby Loders.

Sporting opportunities include golf at Weymouth and West Bay, water sports along the coastline at Weymouth Harbour and West Bay and horse racing at Wincanton, Exeter and Bath.

Square Footage: 1,794 sq ft

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
