*Vendor's comments:* It's not just a house it’s a home .... the house has been in the family for over 60 years and my siblings and I all grew up in this house and went to the local schools which were a short walk from our home. Right next to the school was our local park which we spent many hours playing in. The house was a place of many happy memories, Christmas', birthdays and many family Sunday dinners. We loved the spacious feel and the abundance of natural light that this home has to offer. My parents loved to cook so the kitchen had always been the heart of the house for us with the lovely spacious kitchen and dining room. We also loved spending time in our garden where our parents would grow fruit and vegetables. We also loved having a utility room which adds extra space to the house.

Upstairs we have three lovely large bedrooms, all doubles, which is a really rare find. One of the other key things we love about this house is the amount of storage space it has to offer in all bedrooms and if that's not enough there is also access to the loft. The loft also has electricity and a boarded floor so again a great plus in terms of extra storage or the opportunity to extend and add in an extra bedroom and bathroom (STPP of course). An extra bonus is also a new wetroom with underfloor heating downstairs that was installed just over 14 months ago now.

We had been very happy in our home and had loved living there. Unfortunately, we have to now sell our family home. The majority of the family still reside in Croydon and not forgetting that Croydon has many exciting development happening in East Croydon.

Selhurst is a stone's throw away with East and West Croydon being a 15 to 20-minute walk. Norwood Junction is a short bus route away or a 25-minute walk so perfect location for great transport links into London. You are also 20-minute door-to-door for Gatwick Airport which is another great plus for those quick city break trips or should you be so lucky, exotic holidays."
