Sellers Story - We bought our house 17 years ago, we fell in love with it straight away, because of the location, transport links & Binley Woods school was perfect for our 3 children. It has lots of off-road parking for many vehicles and was an entertaining house for our family.
Our favourite room in our house is the kitchen, its where we all get together, we had a pool table, so it was the focus of our parties when our children were younger, with a hot tub in the garden, adults & children loved it, also our music system made it a a fun house.
We have so many memorable moments, all parties, our children's birthday, gender parties, grandchildren's birthday & Christmas parties we have had up to 80 guests comfortably in the kitchen, orangery & garden. Our garden is an amazing size perfect if the sun's out.
We have been here for 17 years, watching our children grow up, they have their own lives now, we don't need as much space. So, it's time to let another family enjoy our house as much as we have and make happy memories.
