The property itself has just been completely renovated to an extremely high standard.
The first thing to say about this 'cracking' 2 bedroom house is that it has massive 'kerb appeal'. Set back away from the quiet road, it has a lovely established front garden laid mainly to lawn that is split into two by a path that runs from the pavement to the property. There are established flower beds PLUS. everyone in this fabulous neighbourhood keeps their property looking fabulous. No wonder Tylney Croft is so popular and sought after!
As you enter the property you find yourself in the hallway. It is a decent size and you can access the open plan lounge/diner/kitchen via two doors. One leads into the lounge area whilst the other leads into the kitchen area. Of course there is the staircase as well.
I'm starting upstairs with this property. Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with this house whatsoever, I think it's worth saving the best for last.
The stairs, landing, and bedrooms all have brand new fitted carpets. Both bedrooms are large doubles.
Bedroom 1, the larger of the two bedrooms is very large indeed. There are two windows overlooking the front of the property. One window is large, the other is extra large, so there is stacks of natural light. There is a small built in wardrobe/cupboard in one corner, and the brand new boiler is located in another bespoke cupboard with extra storage space.
Bedroom 2 is a good size double with large double built in wardrobes. There is also a large window overlooking the rear of the property.
The family bathroom has been finished to a very high standard and consists of bathtub, shower, modern wash basin, WC, and a heated towel rail. It has two beautiful tiled walls and high grade dark wood effect laminate flooring.
Back down the stairs we go where we find the hub of the house. It has this huge open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area. Measuring over 7.5m long and almost 5m wide, this 'L' shaped space is simply divine! With a lovely mid colour laminate floor, this massive family space has been finished to a high standard and gives the new owners lots of scope to arrange their soft furnishings in many formats!
The kitchen area has brand new appliances including an integral oven, induction hob (professionally vented), a modern stainless steel sink & drainer as well as a lovely wooden work surface. There are wonderful tiles that act as a splash back as well as the aesthetic look it achieves. Large windows are at the front and rear of the property which once again means oodles of natural light.
There are a plethora of cupboards and drawer space and the mains sockets to the rear of the worktops have USB connectivity for those all important mobile and tablet chargers etc.
There is a door that leads into the rear garden.
Now, it is true to say that this property does not have the biggest rear garden in the world. However, It is an adequate space which is mainly tastefully paved with a few established shrubs etc. This outdoor space lends itself to al-fresco & BBQ dining. The addition of a few tubs and pots with colourful flowers will turn this courtyard style garden into a dazzling outdoor space!
In conclusion, what do we have?
We have an absolute cracker of a 2 bedroom home that needs absolutely nothing doing to it! Fully renovated, with brand new kitchen, bathroom, boiler, interior doors, carpets and flooring, this property whether it's a starter home or for someone down sizing, is going to become a much loved home for the lucky new owners. Property like this does not come to market that often

Places of interest

We have offices throughout Hertfordshire & Essex, and as we are both Herts & Essex men, and have both been “round the block” a few times, we have a vast knowledge of not just the Herts & Essex property market, but the actual towns, villages, and hamlets in which we work. This we believe is vital! We got together a few years ago & formed Town & Country Herts & Essex, and we opened our first shop/office in Harlow, which today is our main HQ. We decided from day one that this had to be an ESTATE AGENCY WITH A DIFFERENCE. We listened to what people had to say about their bad experiences with other companies, and put together a structure that has proved extremely successful. What you now have is a truly local Estate Agency that is working not only for the people of Herts & Essex, but for the local communities as well. JUKES ESTATE AGENTS SPONSOR SEVERAL SCHOOLS, JUNIOR FOOTBALL CLUBS, AND LOCAL CHARITIES THROUGHOUT BOTH COUNTIES! Our ethos is to never use the “dubious and/or dated” methods used by many of our contemporaries. Therefore, you will get: Accurate valuations, superb marketing, and a customer service model that we are sure is second to none! WE ONLY TAKE ON A LIMITED AMOUNT OF PROPERTY so that we can guarantee we can give you the service you and your home deserves! Therefore, when you use Jukes Estate Agents, you will deal with one of the owners. Someone who genuinely cares about every client. Someone who will be with you every step of the way from Valuation to Completion of Sale!
