Welcome to your new home in Brentwood, Essex - a charming Victorian terraced house that's perfect for first-time buyers seeking both convenience and character. Nestled in a sought-after location, this lovingly maintained property is just a stone's throw away from the station, making your daily commute a breeze. Available on a Guide Price of £425,000 to £450,000 with a completed chain.

As you step inside, you'll be instantly captivated by the elegance of this classic Victorian gem. The original wooden floor as you step through the front beautifully blends with modern updates such as the plush carpet, to create a harmonious living space that perfectly balances old-world charm with contemporary comfort.

The cozy living/dining room is an inviting haven, flooded with natural light through large windows at both ends, providing the ideal spot to relax and unwind after a long day. Picture yourself snuggling up with a book surrounded by the warm ambiance that only a home with history can provide.

The fully equipped kitchen showcases a stylish fusion of functionality and aesthetics. Wooden countertops, sleek cabinetry, and integrated appliances make cooking a joy, while the designated dining space in the living/dining area encourages delightful gatherings with friends and family.

Upstairs, you'll discover two generously sized bedrooms, offering ample space for restful nights and personalization. The elegant main bedroom with built-in wardrobes provides a peaceful retreat to escape the world. The second bedroom, currently a young child’s room, could be the perfect guest room or nursery. This room could also provide a versatile home office space, although that's not needed with this house, as the current owners have adapted the basement area into a very useful home office/study and chill out area - what a bonus!

The bathroom has a calming but characterful feel with wood panelling and a nice big tub to soak away any stresses of daily life. There is also a separate shower unit with stylish underground tiling for convenience.

THE OWNERS VIEW

Five years ago, when we stepped into the house for the first time it instantly had a warm and welcoming feel. We both knew after seeing numerous mediocre properties this was the one we would call home. The modern kitchen and open living dining space were big pluses as were the two double bedrooms. The fact we also had the basement area proved so handy when working from home became the norm. This has been such a happy home and we know whoever moves in next will think so too.

The location of Victoria Road is perfect for two young professionals. Working in central London the Elizabeth line is hugely accessible now and commute times have been massively reduced. We chose Brentwood for its green spaces with amazing parks and the fact there are many independents close by. The local patisserie serves up amazing coffees, laundry and latte for busy families who need a helping hand and the emporium for all your DIY needs. This is a friendly street and a great neighbourhood.

OUTSIDE

Outside, a private rear garden awaits, offering somewhere you can enjoy morning coffees or summer barbecues with loved ones. The garden has been conveniently laid with astro-turf for low maintenance but also offers plenty of space for a potted, floral landscape enveloping your outdoor space, providing a perfect backdrop for both relaxation and entertainment. There is also a walled front garden with front gate adding to the curb appeal of this wonderful home. Whilst parking is restricted to permit holders only (2 per household), visitors parking can also be purchased online through the council’s website.

LOCATION

Convenience is at your doorstep, as this home's location couldn't be more ideal.
