"I was living in London before moving to Brighton and finding this beautiful house. I worked as a fashion model for many years I wanted to find a central location that I could reach London quickly. The five minute walk to the station is so convenient. The south facing garden for me is one of my favourite elements this house has to offer. It's an oasis of calm and colour . The balcony we eat dinner on the sun is shining until 10pm in the summertime. I originally wanted to convert the loft due to the fact that from that space you have far reaching views over Brighton to the sea, and sea views. This still has huge potential for the next owners. I love the fact the house is so central so close to Brighton station yet it's the best if both worlds, green and in a no through road so peaceful and quiet but walk to the end of the road turn onto the hustle and bustle of lively London Road everything is there in your door step. Great bars, restaurants and a cinema at the end of the road. The area has seen huge investments since I bought the house. It has become a cool creative hub but also retains its family friendly vibe.
