Follow the road for 1.7 miles then turn right on to Weston Road and continue on this road for 0.5 miles, then turn left on to Moorhouse Road. Follow this road for 0.8 miles and Lot 2 will be on the left, identifiable by the for sale board. Continue along the road for a further 0.5 miles and the access to the remaining land will be on the right side, again identifiable by the for sale board.

From the South
Exit the A1 at the junction signposted Carlton and at the T-junction, turn left on to B1164/Ossington Road. Follow for 2.4 miles then turn right on to Moorhouse Road and continue along this road for 1.2 miles where the access to Lot 1 will be on the left side, identifiable by the for sale board. Continue along the road for a further 0.5 miles and the remaining land will be on the right side, again identifiable by the for sale board.
