Tucked away from the road in a popular residential area, Anneth Lowen is a detached bungalow which underwent considerable updating in 2015. It has three bedrooms together with a generous lounge, a refurbished kitchen/diner and a bathroom. To the rear there is a conservatory with a good aspect. Heating is via an oil fired system and it is double glazed. Externally there are well tended grounds carefully looked after by the former owners and for the most part are quite private. There is a driveway providing parking facilities and a good sized garage. The property is situated in a private lane serving only a few homes, is immediately to the rear of Chapel Terrace and close to a pathway that will eventually take you to the top of Carn Marth.
Recessed Porch - With an obscure glazed door and matching screens to:
Hallway - Loft ladder to a boarded area with power connected. Two good built-in cupboards plus one housing a Worcester oil combi boiler.
Lounge - 5.27m x 3.59m (17'3" x 11'9") - Focusing on a dummy stone fireplace with surrounds having shelving for a tv etc. There is a lovely picture window to the front, a double and single radiator.
Kitchen/Dining Room - 3.62m x 3.57m (11'10" x 11'8") - Well appointed and refitted in 2015 comprising a one and a half bowl stainless steel sink unit, plenty of working surfaces with cupboards and drawers beneath, a breakfast bar and tiled splash backs. Complementary eye level cupboards, a four ring hob, double oven and extractor. Dishwasher, radiator and spot lighting. Door to:
Conservatory - 2.76m x 3.23m (9'0" x 10'7") - Triple aspect with opaque windows to one side, double doors, a tiled floor and an electric radiator. Down lighters.
Bedroom 1 - 3.50m x 3.54m (11'5" x 11'7") - Two double wardrobes, shelves, a tubular electric heater and a radiator.
Bedroom 2 - 2.72m x 3.57m (8'11" x 11'8") - Radiator.
Bedroom 3 - 2.68m x 2.63m (8'9" x 8'7") - Radiator.
Bathroom - 2.53m x 2.59m (8'3" x 8'5") - Refurbished having a panelled bath with a mixer tap, mains shower and screen. Pedestal wash hand basin and wc. Two windows, ladder radiator and a tiled floor.
Outside - There is a gravelled driveway with a hard standing and access to a GARAGE with an up and over door and a pedestrian door. The gardens are well stocked having been carefully tended over the years and now provide a very colourful display. There is a fish pond to the side of the conservatory. High wood fencing is provided to the rear with the other boundaries being a mixture of Cornish hedging and a small amount of block. We must stress that the gardens really are very pretty and certainly deserve to be viewed.
Directions - From our office proceed along Penryn Street, into Falmouth Road and all the way up to the five crossroads and traffic lights. Proceed straight over into South Downs and you will see Chapel Terrace on your left hand side. There is a laneway between this terrace and the next bungalow. Proceed along this lane, bear to the left and the property is on the right. Initially it may be as well to park on the main road.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 21, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on April 23, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
