Property description & features

Morris Marshall & Poole have been favoured with the instructions of J D Evans & Son, Lake Farm, Churchstoke to offer for sale by Informal Tender a block of upland pastureland known as Crow Wood Hill which borders the Kerry Ridgeway at its southern boundary.

The majority of the land is laid down to permanent grass pastures, with the triangular field at the southern boundary having been recently reseeded. It benefits from a reliable natural water source which runs along the eastern boundary. A useful sheep handling pen is located close to the entrance.

ACCESS
The land can be approached from several different directions including from Churchstoke, Pentrenant or Sarn.
Proceeding from Sarn - turn off the A489 between the school and village hall onto a council maintained road towards the 'City', Follow the council maintained road onto the top towards Bishops Castle for 2.5 miles. After 2.5 miles the land can be found on your right hand side, accessed directly off the highway via a gate.
