Leave Ipswich town centre in a southerly direction along Wherstead Road, at the roundabout turn left with the Oyster Reach on the right and continue along The Strand towards the Shotley peninsular. Turn right onto the B1080 signposted Freston, Holbrook and Stutton. Proceed through the villages of Freston and Holbrook passing the Royal Hospital School into Stutton, after passing the turning for Alton Water Sports Centre the property can be found on the left hand side opposite the Stutton C of E primary school.
