Why the owner loves the property:
I chose this property originally because it sits in a cul-de-sac with no through traffic, yet is only two minutes walk from great transport links with buses to Twickenham and Kingston and Heathrow, and a choice of train stations to Central London. The main reason I chose this house was the fact that it is a deceptively spacious end-of-terrace with a large garden (more than twice the size of my neighbours!) and has a garage in a block. Good sized rooms are complemented by a convenient downstairs toilet, which is big enough to turn into a wet room. The bathroom upstairs is larger than most modern bathrooms, being big enough for storage furniture for toiletries etc. The storm porch is also a nice extra, which is handy for bike storage and recycling boxes. The local Sainsbury's supermarket is less than a 5 min walk away in the lovely area of Hampton in the Borough of Richmond. It is nice to live in the cheaper Borough of Hounslow but to be on the doorstep of Richmond.
