Features and description

"My absolute favourite thing about Armidale Place has to be the location. Stokes Croft is brunch heaven and has great dinner options and night life too. Gloucester road is just a little further but the array of shops and restaurants again is ideal. It feels like the rest of Bristol is walkable too. Having Montpelier Train Station next door has also been super useful. In terms of relaxing there is the small but quiet Montpelier Park 100m away and then St Andrews Park only 10mins away. Noise wise, the odd ambulance will go up to Southmead hospital, but the internal sound proofing of the flats has been great; with no noise from other flats, the car park below or the Barbershop next door. I know that many people prefer flats on higher floors, but for me nothing can beat the convenience of not needing the lift or stairs every time you get home. Finally, the Residents' Association and building Facebook community are so supportive, a real bonus of the large block of flats."

Armidale Place is a purpose built residential apartment building in Montpelier, just around the corner from the ever popular Cheltenham and Gloucester Roads. Residents benefit from being within immediate reach of the colourful, independent shops that make this part of Bristol so popular with coffee shops such as The Bristolian, Emmeline, Café Kino and The Crafty Egg all within walking distance whilst local pubs such as The Cadbury, and The Star and Garter also come highly recommended. For commuters, the area is extremely well placed for a short walk or cycle into Bristol City Centre. Buses run frequently along the A38 and train transport is available across the city and to Bristol Temple Meads via nearby Montpelier train station. For those looking for access to green space, the flat is just a short walk from St Andrews Park and the Narroways Nature Reserve in St Werburghs, whilst getting out to the country via the nearby M32 or Temple Meads train station is also straightforward.

Situated on the ground floor of Armidale Place is this well presented two double bedroom apartment. The flat comprises two double bedrooms, an open plan living room/kitchen which comes with fully integrated appliances and bathroom. Next to the entrance is the utility cupboard, ideal for additional storage. One of the biggest selling points of this apartment is that it comes with its own allocated parking space in a secure underground car park, which also features secure bike storage.
110 years remaining on the lease. Service charge £2127 p/a. Ground rent is £250 p/a.
Council tax B.
