The former poultry site comprises of three former poultry buildings that have a collective GEA of approximately 5,580 square meters. There is an additional concrete hardstanding
surrounding all three of the buildings and the land is well serviced by a metalled track connecting all three sheds. There is approximately 7.02 acres (2.84 hectares) of woodland which surround two of the sheds and attribute to a very private setting. The remainder of the land is put down to grass.
