Period cottage smallholding (circa 1830) with 9.1 acres of land, situated in very private and secluded location surrounded by its own land with stunning views of the Cambrian Mountains. Well-appointed and superbly presented properties such as this rarely come to the market. Viewing is highly recommended.

We purchased Llether Wernen in 2003 attracted by the convenience and security of having our livestock on-site, unfettered by restrictions. Having our own land has allowed us to produce our own food and be virtually self sufficient in bio-fuel and logs for our heating requirements.
Living relatively close to stunning coastal paths and nature/forest trails has been an endless source of pleasure especially when accompanied by friends and family who visit us regularly. For such a quiet retreat there is always plenty going on with an abundance of social, equestrian and farming activities taking place throughout the year.
During our 20 year tenure the property has undergone much improvements to provide us with the benefits of 21st century living whilst still retaining its period charm. It is with much soul-searching that with advancing age we have finally decided the time has now come to move on to pastures new.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
