*Vendor's comments:* "This flat was the first purchase between myself and my wife 6 years ago. We really enjoyed how spacious the flat is for 2 people, with ample closet space in both bedrooms and the added benefit of a walk-in utility room. We found this to be a great feature when compared to similar flats in the area which did not have this space. With two well-sized bathrooms, both with overhead showers, it means there were never any fights for the shower in the morning!

The open-plan living space and kitchen meant the flat was a great entertaining space for family and friends, with the added benefit of the balcony. We enjoyed many morning coffees out there, especially in the summer, and with the frosted glass (which we installed), it added that extra bit of privacy for al fresco dining. In the Summer of 2022, we upgraded to a top-spec oven and stone sink – so much easier to keep clean than a stainless-steel sink.

What drew us to the area, was the ability to feel like you were outside of central London, but also within touching distance via quick transport links. The surrounding area has an abundance of green spaces like; Lloyd Park, Croham Hurst Woods and South Norwood Country Park – we have many of good memories in these parks walking our Cocker Spaniel Molly and from our daily Covid walks! Nihill Place is only a 10-minute walk to East Croydon or a 3/5 minute bus ride. You can jump on a train either to Victoria or London Bridge and be there within 15 minutes - ideal for Central London workers.

Nihill place is a safe and family centric development with plenty of well-kept green areas – perfect for summer BBQ’s or to just enjoy the lovely British Summer!

We will really miss Addiscombe - the daily fresh coffees from FILTR, amazing lunch-time sandwiches from The Tram Stop and the fresh fruit and veg from Fresh Co. After living there happily, for just over 5 years, we felt the time was right to move back to Kent to be with our families."
