You mention a newly fitted kitchen? Yes we do and its just gorgeous in our opinion. There are plenty of wall and base storage cupboards along with plenty of draw space including those very handy pan draws. The worktop is oak block and has an inset stainless steel sink, integrated dishwasher, breakfast bar seating area and for the cooks in the family, an induction hob, extractor over and 2 single ovens which are an absolute necessity with a growing family. I was impressed with how well organised the extra storage cupboard was, great space for those spices and condiments. At the side of the kitchen is the utility room which is a superb size and as you would expect, has matching units to the kitchen along with the oak worktop, sink unit and space for a washing machine.

How big are the bedrooms? These are all a great size, even the smallest one will surprise you. The main bedroom has a walk in area with 2 built in double wardrobes along one wall and a private En-Suite shower room to one side. The shower room was updated a few years ago and has a beautifully fitted modern white suite integrated into white glass cabinetry. The shower is a double and with modern plastic panelling is absolutely perfect for keeping clean and looking brand new. Bedroom 2 is also at the front of the house and has a built in double wardrobe. Bedroom 3 overlooks the garden and also benefits from a built in double wardrobe whilst bedrooms 4 & 5 also overlook the garden. We do feel this has so much space for the family and as mentioned, the En-suite was updated and so was the bathroom which follows a similar theme and would suit the children perfectly.

You talked about extra parking? When the house was built it came with the integrated double garage and parking for 2 at the front. The owners had decided to turn the lawn area into hard standing with block paving and this really does create so much space for extra cars and lets be honest, you can never find enough parking, especially as the children get older and have their own cars. The garage has 2 single up and over doors which give access to the garage and this in turn has a side door to the garden and comes with power and light.

Is there side access to the garden from the front? Absolutely and this is via the side gates on either side of the house. The rear garden is a superb space and has multiple seating areas, small pond and is mainly laid to lawn with established flower and shrub borders. A hand garden shed really finishes off this space and when we visited, you really dont feel overlooked by the neighbours, so nice and private.

What else can you tell me about the house? The owners had just had the property redecorated in neutral colours throughout and it benefits from gas fired central heating as well as UPVC double glazing. The house is tucked away on a private drive for just 2 houses and has a 5 bar gate that you can close for extra security. There is a pathway at the end of the drive that provides access straight up to Kingsnorth fields as well as a bus stop at the other end and Tesco is only a few minutes walk away.Disclaimer
