We've had an amazing two years living on Bramdean Crescent. There are some wonderful people who live on the street, and the road/area has a real community feel to it which feels rare for such a central part of Southeast London. Everyone is so friendly. It's a fantastic location too. There's several parks within walking distance which has been brilliant for our two young daughters; we're a ten/fifteen minute walk to Lee or Grove Park station and there are several great pubs in walking distance. The row of shops on Baring Road is at the end of our street with a fantastic café we visit weekly.

The calm and space of our lovely garden makes you forget how close you are to the city, yet the short 14-minute train journey to London Bridge makes you feel close and connected. In addition to this, you can walk to Blackheath in only 25 minutes and Greenwich Park in 50 minutes. Bramdean Crescent and Lee itself is a hidden gem within a great city and we will be sad to leave.
