Property description & features

"We were sold on the tranquillity of the street as it isn't a through road, and also the natural light and possible use of space. The main bedroom is a great size and the loft room adds to the storage space available. What was essential was for us to personally pick tenants who would love the property in the same way we would have, which we can happily say happened. You'll find we renovated it to a good standard, as we thought there might be the possibility that one day we could live there, so we gave attention to detail. Although we never lived in it, we are very fond of the house and it's going to make someone else a fantastic home."

Located in the quiet pocket between Greenbank Road and Co-operation Road, Turley Road is a highly desirable street made up of attractive double bay-fronted Victorian terraces. The area is shielded from any through-traffic due to the position of Rosemary Green, Greenbank Cemetery and the Bristol to Bath Railway Path, which surrounds the area. Residents of this area are extremely complimentary about the neighbourhood and local community regularly having street Whatsapp groups and street parties. The area benefits from its proximity to Bristol City Centre, a local train station, and the M32, making it very accessible to commuters. However, it is the amenities on the doorstep which have enhanced the popularity of the area. The independent shops and cafés of St Marks Road are a short walk away, with popular venues such as The Greenbank Pub, Matter Wholefoods, and Este Kitchen, closer still. Families occupy many of the houses in this area, with many more still looking to move to the area due to the nearby Whitehall and May Park Primary Schools.

A spacious 2 bedroom mid terrace quietly situated on Turley Road in Greenbank being sold with no onward chain. To the ground floor there is a lounge with bay window and to the rear an open plan kitchen/diner, ideal for entertaining. In the kitchen, there is a large cupboard which can be used for storage or as a pantry. There are patio doors leading out to the south west facing garden which as been laid to patio and raised flowerbeds. Upstairs, there are two bedroom accessed from the landing and a bathroom with 3 piece suite. Finally, there are stairs leading up to a spacious loft room with skylights.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on December 25, 2022

Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on September 1, 2017 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
