From the Liphook – Petersfield Bypass, head South-West towards the A272. Take the A272 exit towards Winchester. At Berelands Interchange, take the first exit onto Winchester Road. At the roundabout, take the third exit and continue on Winchester Road. Continue on Station Road for approximately 0.5 miles, then take a slight right at Ramshill, followed by another slight right on to Tor Way/B2070. Turn left on to Dragon Street/B2070, and then take the next left on to Heath Road. Continue for approximately 0.4 miles, then arrive at Lincroft House on the left.
