The Land at Bridgelands extends to approximately 9.58 Ha (23.66 Acres) in total and comprises two grassland fields. The fields are accessed from a track that leads from Bridgelands public road with shared access rights. The land is generally lying approximately 146 – 180 meters above sea level.

The land is subject to a right of pre-emption.
GRAZING AGREEMENT
Vacant possession will be obtained at the end of the current Grazing Agreement. The tenant’s present agreement is due to terminate on 17th January 2024. The Grazier is conforming to the requirements of Good Agricultural and Environmental Condition (GAEC) and shall do nothing to prejudice the farmer or Grazier’s entitlement payment under the Basic Payment Scheme (if applicable).
