SITUATION
The Land at Bridgelands is situated in a rural but accessible location approximately 1.5 miles north east of the historic market town of Selkirk and some 5.5 miles from Galashiels.

The Land at Bridgelands extends to approximately 9.58 Ha (23.66 Acres) in total and comprises two grassland fields. The fields are accessed from a track that leads from Bridgelands public road with shared access rights. The land is generally lying approximately 146 – 180 meters above sea level.

GRAZING AGREEMENT
