The reason I bought the property was absolutely the lovely big outdoor space, walking out from the living area onto the decking for a morning coffee is a great way to start the day! I love to host friends and family in the outdoor area - everyones always so surprised how big and sunny the garden is. The 3 large bedrooms and open plan kitchen living area make the property feel spacious, something I'm sure will be hard to come across again. The neighbours on both sides are friendly and happily take my parcels in whilst I'm out at work. Finally, there's also a park just a short walk away which makes for a lovely morning or after work stroll. I'll be sad to say goodbye to this home, but looking forward to a new chapter and buying a place with my partner.

Where it is:

The property is situated in a established residential area of Parkstone, a stones throw from Branksome recreation ground and within easy reach of the highly popular Branksome Retail Park where John Lewis and DW Fitness First gym are located. Ashley Road shops and eateries are close to hand as well as the award winning sandy beaches of Bournemouth. Branksome trainline is also nearby with fast links to Southampton and London.
