HEADS OF TERMS

The Tenant will be responsible for internal fittings (including lights and electric switches & power points), window glass and floor-coverings. Electricity is individually metered and will be paid for by the tenant to the landlord.
Service charge of £72 pcm (£864 per year) will be paid to the landlord for the building insurance, upkeep of the communal areas, for water and sewerage charges and for cleaning.
RENT of £375 per month (£4,500 per year) payable monthly in advance.

The premises are currently assessed at £2,850 per year. No rates are payable at present. Local Authority: North Yorkshire Council, Northallerton (with a local office in Selby).
