The land is situated in the hamlet of Higher Chilfome and adjoins the main A356 Crewkerne to Dorchester road. Higher Chilfrome lies within the heart of West Dorset, but within close proximity to the main A356 trunk road leading from Crewkerne to Dorchester and the A37 main trunk road from Yeovil to Dorchester. The County town of Dorchester is some 12 miles to the south-east, Crewkerne lies approximately 12 miles to the north -west, Yeovil is 13 miles due north and Bridport some 14 miles to the south west.
There are an excellent range of bridleways within close proximity of all three blocks which are popular with local riders.
