From our Woodbridge office proceed along Quayside and onto Lime Kiln Quay Road and turn right at the traffic lights onto Melton Hill. Continue down the hill and at the next set of traffic lights turn left onto Woods Lane. At the roundabout take the second exit onto the A12. Continue on this road and take the exit for Framlingham. Continue through the villages of Hacheston and Parham and into Framlingham. Take a left turn into Brook Lane, and continue on and take the right onto Vyces Rod where the driveway to the property can then be found on the right.
