From our Hamilton Road office proceed North to the Orwell Hotel roundabout and take the second exit onto Beatrice Avenue. At the next roundabout take the first exit onto Grove Road and then take the second exit on the next roundabout onto Candlet Road (A154) heading to the A14. At the Dock Spur roundabout take the second exit and proceed down the A14 and turn off at the first slip road. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Howlett Way and at the following roundabout take the third exit onto High Road, entering Trimley St. Martin. Pass the Hand in Hand pub and on your right is Mill Lane, proceed down Mill Lane and shortly after on your left is Mill Close. As you turn into Mill Close, continue left and the property can be found at the bottom of the cul-de-sac on the right hand side.
