Location: - Heading south on the A6 through Ambergate turn right onto Holly Lane, continue on Holly Lane for approximately 1.8 miles until you meet the crossroads on Sandhall Lane. Turn left onto Sandall Lane and continue for approximately 0.5 miles. Turn right onto Palerow Lane then right again onto Sandyford Lane and the land is situated either side of the road as indicated by our 'For Sale' board.
Directions - Travelling north on the A6 from Belper, after Belper town Football Club, turn left onto Bridge Foot, carry onto Belper Lane until reaching Belper Lane End, turn right onto Gorses, continue on this road before turning left onto Palerow Lane then immediately right onto Sandyford Lane, continue on until you reach the land indicated by our For Sale boards.
