SELLERS INSIGHT

"When our parents decided that the time was right for them to downsize they that they wanted to remain local and after having a good look around they felt that a move to Wellswood would offer them exactly that they needed, an established quality location within a short walk of a parade of shops, adequately catering for their everyday needs. As soon as they walked into Greenacres their mind was made up. They were pleasantly surprised with the space provided and liked having the benefit of an en-suite as well. The beautiful communal gardens were also a big attraction for them. They were warmly welcomed by the other apartment owners & they joined in with many of the residents activities carried out. All the time they lived at Greenacres they enjoyed the sense of community within the development. As a family it was wonderful to see our parents having such a great social life and enjoying themselves and we feel that they could not have chosen anywhere better!"
